I love this thing, its great for getting some different movements in on push ups. I do push ups as my primary exercise for chest and this has added some great new ways for me to utilize this great exercise. Even when your working your chest, back or triceps you still are building your chest. another added benefit is that this builds your forearms as well. I would not say this solves your entire workout program but its a seriously great addition, I use mine every day since it came in the mail.
This is great for anyone like me who is looking for a good workout ( pair this with the ikon pull up bar for biceps ) that you can do at home.

I don't have a lot of room for exercise equipment. Up until January of this year, my exercise consisted almost entirely of distance running. I did nothing but that for about 4 years. I realized that I needed to do some strength training. In January, I made a goal to do 100 pull-ups, and 200 push-ups everyday. It took me 6 weeks to reach that goal. By the beginning of March, the pull-ups and push-ups had become old hat. I wanted to find a way to push myself further, and really target my chest and shoulders.
